Got into folk in college after seeing Leo Kottke, Christopher Williams, and Ellis Paul live. Got into the Drum&Bass genre
thanks to WERS late late night show where DJ Food proved that even the rhythms of toothbrushing can enhance a song.
After college I listened more to Aphex Twin, Squarepusher, Loess, Riton, and Beanfield for more inspiration. Mainly use Fruity loops for electronic songs.
